I always knew I was going to take a sabbatical at some point in my career. I just had to make sure I left my team at Confluent in the best place possible!

When I left, my leadership team, peers and team said a lot of nice things about me. I was overwhelmed at the time so I decided to save some of the comments. I reasoned that I may never look at the comments again myself, but perhaps a future employer might get a look at them and get a better sense of who I am beyond what a static resume can provide.

I suppose I enjoy working with others (and in teams) so much that I wanted to highlight that sentiment using the voices of those I worked with at Confluent.
